Order Fulfillment, Delivery Estimates & Risk of Loss

We are dedicated to processing and dispatching all customer orders in a timely and professional manner. However, all posted processing windows and delivery timelines are non-binding estimates based on typical carrier schedules and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Transit times may fluctuate significantly due to factors beyond our direct control, including but not limited to peak holiday congestion, carrier disruptions, severe weather events, customs clearance protocols, or force majeure. Once a shipment is accepted and scanned by the designated carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or international postal networks), risk of loss and legal title to the merchandise pass to the purchaser. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with tracking and delivery inquiries, we shall not be held liable for courier-induced transit delays, carrier re-routing, or packages stolen after verifiable doorstep delivery.
